Our Approach
Preparing for a career takes effort and knowledge in navigating the social norms and expectations in the workplace. To most this feels overwhelming, but to a neurodiverse population it presents unique challenges. Specialty Speech will help in this process by providing a step-by-step guide on how to apply to jobs from start to finish, tailor a resume, construct a cover letter and feel prepared to answer and actively participate in interview questions over the course of four 60 minutes sessions.
